Literature Text

No one could keep me so intact
No one makes me smile like you
No one could keep me so attached
No one but you have I love true

Blinded by selfishness
Disapproving eyes scold
But we have selflessness
We do as we are told

However sometimes we cannot
For it isn't what we want
It's not as if we like to flaunt
But it's the nightmares that can haunt.

We are broken and shamed
Because of what we may be
Misunderstood; our love is the same
Oh, why can no one see?

Because they are the selfish breed
One that cannot be changed
Perhaps we shall never be freed
Carelessly to be exchanged.

Regardless of my insistence
My polite elegancy and praise
Minds of pure persistence
Not once do they ever faze.

Now this is where ourselves we find
Not unwanted but outcast
Perhaps one day we will outshine
The darkness of the past.
This poem can go deeper than that, because this poem I'm sure can relate to many people. Especailly the gay ones lol Considering some people's parents disown them for something that cannot be helped, something as simple and nautral as loving someone. But whatever, they are the selfish breed that cannot be helped.

So although the title is the name of a true FAKE lesbian, I wont bother to change it..
